Necessary Distraction
The healthy eating folks say you shouldn't read or watch TV while you eat but should, instead, focus on your meal. You'll eat more slowly and less and be more satisfied when you're done (they say). This may be true if you aren't eating the sorgum o's you bought by mistake. The rest of the family won't eat them and I don't want them to go to waste, so here I am, surfing the web while I try not to notice the flavor of my cereal.
